Last Wednesday, we went to the Nick Jr show at the Penn State Pullo Center in York. It was so cool! I have to tell you about our trip there though. You see, it’s only about 40 minutes away from our house on a normal day, so leaving at 3:00 for the 4:00 show should have given us plenty of time – right? WRONG!
First: We got stuck at a train crossing
Second: We got behind a bus with a whole line of traffic as they were letting kids off this time of day.
Third: We got behind not only ONE garbage truck, but TWO and they were doing their pickups.
Fourth: The road we wanted to take had a detour
Fifth: Every light we hit was red and we had to wait through TWO light cycles.
Sixth: Because we got there right at FOUR o’clock, the parking lot was full and we had to park REALLY far away.
We were starting to think we weren’t supposed to go to the show. Luckily they must have been running a little bit behind because we didn’t miss anything. We had front row seats and it was AWESOME! Here are some pics from the show…

Miss Maddie got Mom’s camera and had taken 27 pictures before Mom found her. She did a pretty good job, and from the looks of the last photo, she even said “cheese!” :)
